Hello Eva and Wolf,

We wanted to take the time to write you and let you know what a wonderful time we had while in camp. Your hospitality is SECOND TO NONE and your resort is exactly what we were hoping for. You guys went out of your way to make sure we were happy and had what we needed. We couldn’t ask for more and look forward to seeing you guys every year for many years to come! We have found a new Canadian home and can’t wait to visit every June at Moore Bay Lodge!

We will definitely refer anyone looking to vacation in Canada to you guys as you’re resort and atmosphere is the best in Ontario that we have seen. We have looked at a lot of resorts and stayed at 5 now and you guys are top of the heap by far!

Thanks for having us out to your piece of paradise. Mary and I had a great time. She said that was the
nicest cabin that we had ever been in. Usually she is overpowered by the smell of Pine-Sol which is used to clean but I think it is used mostly to hide the smell of the cabin.

We would like to come back again next year, 2009.

Hi Eva,

I just wanted to drop you a note and tell you that we had a wonderful trip to your camp in July 2008. My son Trevor talks about it all the time. It was his first trip to Canada and it couldn't have gone better. He loved the dogs and playing on the docks. Our entire group was very happy with the camp, the fishing and the hospitality! We are planning on returning next year again. I will send some pictures to you from our trip.

Hi Foks,

Over the last month I have continued to think back to my stay at Moore Bay Lodge and the pleasant memories that go with it. Rob Howitt and I thoroughly enjoyed the excellent accommodation and the beauty of the area and the time spent with Marc Bathke. He certainly knows the waters and each day showed us the vastness and the potential for musky in the area.... By now I am sure that you have a photo of Marc's 47" fish. For so long he has not been able to show the family back home why he is constantly drawn back to a place of solitude and the potential for big fish. Now he has the Moore Bay evidence.

I will certainly recommend your lodge as a destination for people who want to visit a first class location for fishing and sheer appreciation of Canada's north on Lake of the Woods and I do hope that I will be able to return in the future as well.

Hi Wolf and Eva ....

I just wanted to tell you how much Bob and I enjoyed our stay at Moore Bay Lodge and how much we appreciated your excellent hospitality.

Marc mentioned on the phone yesterday that you were interested in a picture of him holding the muskie he caught while we were there. I have attached a copy. I'm sure Marc is already counting the days until his next return visit to Lake of the Woods in 2007.

I hope we can arrange a trip to Moore Bay Lodge next year as well, and I have been .... and will continue to be telling .... people what a tremendous place it is for a fishing holiday.

I wanted to send a quick note telling you how much we enjoyed our stay last
week with you at Moore Bay Lodge.  All aspects of the Lodge exceeded our
expectation, cabin-boats-food and over all service.  We talked about it all
the way home (22 hours) how each one was impressed with your operation, and
how eager we are for a return trip.

wasn't as nice as it usually is, your presence is always a welcome sign.
